Yes — yacht viewings can be arranged at Dubai Marina by appointment, Monday to Saturday between 10am and 7pm. Contact us via WhatsApp to schedule a viewing with one of our charter consultants at the marina.
Yes. We accept same-day bookings subject to vessel availability. WhatsApp is the fastest channel for same-day inquiries, and we can confirm, collect deposit, and board guests within 2 hours of a successful booking on weekdays.
Yes. Paid parking is available at Dubai Marina Mall (multi-story) and along Dubai Harbour - Yacht Club. Valet services are available at adjacent hotel properties. We recommend allowing 20–30 minutes for parking on Friday and Saturday evenings during peak season.
Absolutely. We have dedicated corporate charter packages developed in conjunction with Dubai's leading event agencies. These include branded welcome boards, AV and presentation setup, catering coordination, and dedicated event stewards. Corporate proposals are delivered within 24 hours of inquiry — contact us for a custom brief.
Full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the charter. 50% refund for cancellations 24–72 hours before. No refund within 24 hours. In the event of extreme weather conditions (Force Majeure), a full credit note is issued for rebooking at any date within 6 months. We recommend travel insurance for international guests.
Yes — Monaliza Yachts operates 365 days a year. UAE public holidays, including Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Day, and New Year's Eve, are among our busiest and most spectacular periods on the water. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for all major holiday dates.
All Monaliza Yachts charter bookings include: DTCM-licensed captain, professional crew, fuel for standard Dubai Marina route, full life-jacket and safety equipment package, fresh water, soft drinks and ice throughout. Additional items (food, alcoholic beverages, decoration, DJ, photographer) are available as chargeable add-ons.
