1. Agreement

By booking a yacht charter with Monaliza Yachts, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. "We/us" refers to Monaliza Yachts; "you/client" refers to the person making the booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings require a minimum 50% deposit to confirm
• Full payment is due 48 hours before the charter date
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from our team
• Minimum charter duration is 2 hours for all vessels

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to change without notice. Prices include: licensed captain, professional crew, fuel for standard route, safety equipment, soft drinks, water, and ice. Additional services (food, alcohol, DJ, photography, decorations) are quoted separately.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours before charter: Full refund of deposit
• 24-72 hours before: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

In the event of extreme weather conditions (Force Majeure), a full credit note is issued valid for 6 months.

5. Weather & Safety

The captain has final authority on all safety matters. If conditions are deemed unsafe, the charter may be shortened, rerouted, or cancelled. Weather-related cancellations by the captain entitle the client to a full reschedule or credit note. We monitor Dubai Maritime City Authority advisories and will contact you in advance if weather may affect your charter.

6. Guest Conduct

• Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded
• Guests must follow all crew safety instructions
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the vessel beyond normal wear
• The captain reserves the right to return to port if guest conduct endangers safety

7. Liability

Monaliza Yachts carries comprehensive marine insurance. However, we are not liable for: personal injury caused by guest negligence, loss or damage to personal belongings, delays due to weather or mechanical issues, or any indirect or consequential losses. We strongly recommend travel insurance for international guests.

8. Photography & Media

By booking with us, you grant Monaliza Yachts permission to use photos and videos taken during your charter for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the charter that you do not wish to be photographed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on luxuryyachtsdubai.ae, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Monaliza Yachts and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
